Bio - Kamil Blažek

Kamil Blažek is a partner in the Prague office of the international law firm Kinstelar. Kinstellar is the leading independent law firm in Emerging Europe, Turkey and Central Asia, with offices in Kazakhstan, Serbia, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Turkey and Czech Republic.
Kamil leads the firm-wide Infrastructure and Projects practice at Kinstellar. He focuses on energy, infrastructure and projects, restructuring and insolvency, M&A and corporate. He has extensive experience in advising number of international investors from South Korea, Japan, China, Russia, United States and Western Europe on their investment projects in the Czech Republic and broader Central Europe.


Kamil is a Czech qualified lawyer and has over 18 years of experience with transaction and advisory work in Central Europe but also in Russia, Ukraine and China. He studied at the Charles University in Prague and University of Regensburg (Germany).
Kamil is the Chairman of the Czech Association for Foreign Investment, and helds number of further memberships and positions including being a member of the International Bar Association (Section on Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Law). He speaks Czech, English, German and Russian.
