In 2014 Lenka Andrýsová has joined EY at the posiition of a senior consultant in the Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services department. Lenka has mainly focused on fraud investigations and prevention in the public sector, but has participated on engagements in pharmaceutical, banking and other industries. Before EY from 2010 to 2013 she served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament. As a politician, Lenka has significantly contributed to the effectivity increase of the Czech Republic's membership in international organisations by which 18 million CZK savings per year were achieved. She helped to open the data of the Chamber of Deputies and debate on e-Laws, e-Legislation and transparent clickable budget. She contributed to the transparency increase in public tenders and decrease in bureaucracy during elections. Lenka graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, majored in International Trade, International Politics and Diplomacy. She also studied Political Science and International Relations at the University of Plymouth in England for a term, did internship in the Czech embassy in Poland, Czech Senate or in a political action committee in the U.S.
